3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for illegal telemarketing or robocalls
- Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
5. Subscription and Billing

- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan

- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle

- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refunds and Cancellation
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
- Cancel anytime with no long-term contracts (except annual plans)
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability and Support
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Support is available via email, chat, and phone during business hours
- Premium support options available for enterprise customers
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADSTREAMAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadStreamAI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Create risk or legal exposure for LeadStreamAI
Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
